Our Growth & Experience

What began as an Internal Medicine research site has grown into a center supporting studies in multiple therapeutic areas including gastroenterology, endocrine health, neurology, women’s health, and more.

To date, Palmetto Clinical Research has completed over 250 clinical trials, partnering with respected sponsors and organizations across the country.

Our long-standing presence in the Charleston area allows us to maintain trusted relationships with patients, providers, and the local community—strengthening both recruitment and retention while ensuring exceptional research quality.

Colby Grossman, Robert “Matt” Carlile, Brett Van Leer-Greenberg, and Joseph Mathews — who share a commitment to advancing medicine through ethical, patient-focused clinical research.
